Groups
Coaching Groups offer the opportunity to learn tools and strategies while receiving understanding and validation that you are not alone, that others are having similar experiences and feelings.

I offer a variety of groups: for neurodiverse couples together or for each partner separately.
Anchor 1
FOR BOTH PARTNERS TOGETHER
Couples Groups
These groups are often the first time that neurodiverse couples have the chance to speak with other neurodiverse couples about how their neurodiversity affects their relationship. They offer you the opportunity to realize that the issues you are struggling with are not unique to your relationship. This makes it possible to take things less personally and to learn new tools and strategies from the other couples who have similar experiences and issues, and from Grace who understands both partners and can interpret for each. No formal diagnosis is required.

Both you and your partner will feel normalized and validated for your neurology. Understanding and acceptance increases over the course of the group sessions for yourself and your partner and the unique challenges that neurodiverse couples face.
